What to get for my guy friend who’s turning 20?

My guy friend is turning 20. He’s a very good friend of mine. I’m a girl and a lot of people assume that we’re together because we’re very close. He’s a bit of a player and is into partying, hitting on girls, joking around, etc. I want to get him something small under $30. Ideas?
He’s athletic. He’s into working out.
He’s pre-med and very smart but is not geeky at all.

i got a lot of ideas. what are his hobbies. not partying, hitting on girls etc…

ok there you go, get him something to do with working out.
here are some ideas, depending what he has already.

a new pair of really nice work out gloves (unless he has new ones)

a pair of lifting straps (just goolge it, thay are cheap
and a great gift)

a new weight belt (unless he has a good one) not the velcro valeo crap.

some cool tank tops or work out t-shirts. (golds gym) (worlds gym) etc….

protein powder or work out supplements ( find out what he
uses or may want to try, from his work out partner)

example a lot of guys drink an energy drink that they buy at the gym before they work out.(this gets expensive) you can buy him a whole
case of those drinks at the health food store, so he has them at home. and dosnt have to blow the cash.

any of the above or a combination.

trust me he will appreciate it and use it.

ask his work out partner for specific brands
he might want. sometimes we can be picky about that.
